Employers from EU/ EFTA Member states can take advantage of the opportunities offered by the European Job Mobility Portal (eures.europa.eu) where the database of CVs’ of job seekers is available, including job seekers from Cyprus who are interested in working abroad.

Moreover, in selected situations, European employers can receive direct support from Cypriot EURES advisers and organise small targeted recruitment actions to find suitable Cypriot jobseekers.

EURES Cyprus is advertising job vacancies from EU/EFTA employers on its website, and advertises the vacancies to the national network of EURES advisers and EURES Partners.

Sectors of employment in Cyprus that show signs of limited supply and they are in labour deficit are not being handled by EURES Cyprus.

The EURES network in Cyprus offers the following services for foreign employers:

• Distribution of job offers through the EURES Cyprus Website (www.eures.gov.cy)
• Collecting CVs and other application documents from Cypriot candidates, selecting candidates in line with the needs of the employer, providing support in organising and holding job interviews if requred
• Informing about the Cyprus labour market and the working conditions in Cyprus
• International fair and recruitment campaigns in Cyprus – employers from the EU and EFTA countries have the option to participate in international fair and recruitment campaigns and Events organised by EURES Cyprus (on site and on line events)
