Your First EURES Job Mobility Scheme

EURES Targeted Mobility Scheme (TMS) – Italian


What is EURES TMS?
EURES TMS is a European Union job mobility scheme aiming to help jobseekers find a job or work-based training opportunity in another Member State, Norway or Iceland and to help employers find qualified workers within a larger territory.

Under this scheme, national employment services and the EURES Network provide customised and multi and cross channelling integrated and effective job mobility services, designed to respond to the individual needs of youth facing barriers to employment and job mobility and of employers facing barriers to fill in bottleneck vacancies and/or hiring abroad: information, recruitment, matching, placement and funding.

The initiative is co-funded by the European Union, and is based on the collaboration among EURES National Coordination Offices and private organizations, with lead applicant the EURES Italia-ANPAL.

Who qualifies for support?
§ EU, Norway and Iceland citizens above 18 years old, living in any EU country, Norway or Iceland.
§ All employers legally established in EU countries, Norway or Iceland offering employment and apprenticeship contracts of at least 6 months duration (or 3 months for traineeships), with paid employment and comply with national labour law.

What kind of financial benefits are available?
For young people:
§ Job interviews (up to €660)
§ Language courses (up to €2200)
§ Transfer to another country for oneself and family (up to €1540x2)
§ Special Needs (up to €1100)
§ Recognition of qualification (up to €440)
§ Traineeship/ apprenticeship integration (up to €660 per month, for 6 months)

For employers:
Companies with up to 250 employees (SMEs) can apply for financial support towards the cost of training newly-recruited workers, trainees or apprentices and helping them settle in (up to €2000 for each worker).

How can you take part?
1. In order to participate in EURES TMS-Italian you are required to register on the programme platform: http://euresmobility.anpal.gov.it/
2. If you are a young jobseeker, create you CV and profile.
3. You will be contacted whether there is a job/traineeship offer corresponding to your profile.
4. In case you find a job/ traineeship by yourselves, you can still participate by contacting us and get the employer registered on the programme platform.
5. In case you are an employer, upload your available vacancies and our staff will contact you offering support for the definition of your vacancies and offer recruitment and matching services.

How can you take part?
1. When you are in communication with an employer from another Member State, Norway and Iceland, contact a EURES Adviser for support in order to apply for funding through the programme.
2. We can also inform the employer on how to apply for funding.
3. In case you are an employer, contact our staff for support for the definition of your vacancies and offer recruitment and matching services.
